Impervious surface describes roofs, pavement, and other areas that prevent or reduce water infiltration. It is not identical to building coverage, and local rules may classify gravel, compacted surfaces, pools, decks, artificial turf, or permeable pavers differently.

  1. Property inventory

    Existing roofs, drives, walks, patios, pools, and other regulated surfaces are measured by material and use.

  2. Zoning or stormwater calculation
